Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Prepare orzo according to box, making sure to save pasta water when straining.
Step 3
Add garlic, feta, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt to baking dish.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
While garlic is cooking, season and cook chicken thighs. I prefer cooking in the air fryer.
Step 6
Cook bacon and mushrooms in a pan on the stove.
Step 7
Remove garlic dish from oven and mash garlic. Stir into feta.
Step 8
Add spinach, pasta, mushrooms, bacon, and lemon juice.
Step 9
If it’s a little dry, slowly stir in pasta water to make creamier.
Step 10
Top with chicken and serve.
