Instructions
Step 1
In a plastic gallon freezer bag, mix together your vinegar, olive oil, water, and seasoning packet.
Step 2
Butterfly your chicken drumsticks(it will help it cook faster and allow for more surface area to crisp up).
Step 3
Place chicken in your freezer bag and give a shake until all the chicken is thoroughly coated with the marinade. Allow to marinating the refrigerator for at least 30 mins but longer is better.
Step 4
Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick cooking oil and place your drumsticks skin side down into the basket.
Step 5
Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F.
Step 6
Flip the drumsticks and cook for another 7 minutes at 400°F
Step 7
Baste the chicken with Sweet Baby Ray's on both sides. Just enough to give it a nice coating.
Step 8
Heat for another 3-5 minutes at 400°F. Just until the outside is crispy and the sauce has gotten sticky.
