I love making chicken in my air fryer, but sometimes I can get sick and tired of the same thing. This Indian spiced rub makes a great addition to your chicken recipes and brings in some delicious flavors.
Indian spices are rubbed onto the chicken and air fried until brown and crispy for a quick and easy meal.

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add your butterflied drumsticks. Rub the olive oil on top and season with curry powder, ginger, garlic powder, cinnamon, paprika and salt. Rub everything together.
Step 3
Arrange in a single layer on your air fryer tray/basket
Step 4
Air fry for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 5
Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
