Step 1
In a food processor, add your biscuits and mix until you have a powder then and your banana and milk and mix everything for a minute or until you have a dough.
Step 2
Roll out your dough with a rolling pin on some parchment paper to a rectangle shape (2mm thick). Trim the edges if necessary.
Step 3
In the meantime, whip your heavy cream (you can add a couple of tablespoons of powdered sugar if you like) and spread it on your rectangle.
Step 4
Add some chopped strawberries and peach on top, roll everything out to a sausage shape and freeze for 1 hour. Cut your dessert into slices and serve. Buon appetito!
