Turkey and Veggies Sandwich

.5 Blue (1 serving carb)
.5 Yellow (1 serving fat)
To make a sandwich spread (per sandwich)
3 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard
1/8 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp stevia
The original recipe says to use 6 oz turkey.
