Instructions

Step 1
Blue Velvet Brownies: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease your baking pan. Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in both food colorings to achieve a deep blue color. Whisk in sugar. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then gently fold in the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 44-48 minutes. Let cool completely. Oreo Truffle Layer: Crush Oreos finely and mix with softened cream cheese until well combined. Spread the Oreo mixture evenly over the cooled blue velvet brownies. White Chocolate Layer: Melt white chocolate and pour over the Oreo layer. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top while the chocolate is still warm.
