1 headcauliflower
medium, cut into bite-sized florets

1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

½ cupbreadcrumbs

2eggs

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoononion powder

½ teaspoonsmoked paprika

½ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonblack pepper

coated, on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Step 4
Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then roll in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Step 5
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower bites are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
