Bread
1 loafseeded Italian bread
Butter

6 tablespoonsunsalted butter

3 tablespoonsolive oil

5 clovesgarlic
grated

¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
optional

¼ cupparsley
minced

salt

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175c
Step 2
Saute the garlic in the butter and oil for a few minutes over medium-low heat
Step 3
Turn off the heat and add in the crushed red pepper flakes, parsley along with a pinch of salt
Step 4
Cut the bread length wise
Step 5
butter all over the bread making sure to distribute it evenly.
Step 6
Bake for 6 minutes on the middle rack
Step 7
Add the cheese and bake for another 6 minutes
