Instructions
Step 1
Take a bulb of fresh garlic, cut the top, add olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 45 mins at 350 degrees






Step 2
Next, in a pan, add a stick of unsalted butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, red pepper flakes, olive oil and the roasted garlic together and mix and melt on medium heat







Step 3
Spread it onto a piece of French bread and add some mozzarella to the top and back into your oven for 15 minutes.
