Step 1
Brown turkey on med heat. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Dinner until water reduces
Step 2
Add beans, corn, green chilies, and tomato sauce. Season with additional taco seasoning (about a half cup). Simmer for 3-5 minutes. If skillet is not oven safe, transfer chili mixture to an oven safe casserole dish.
Step 3
In a medium size bowl, combine jiffy mix, eggs, and milk.
Step 4
Spoon corn bread batter over the chili mix. It will sink in, don't stir! Bake for 16-20 minutes.
