One Pot Taco Mac

Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef in skillet or cast iron

Add chopped onion

Once onion is translucent, drain grease

Season with taco seasoning and any other seasoning of choice. Add minced garlic. Stir

Add a can of rotell, do not drain

Stir and add broth and milk

Stir and bring to a light simmer

Once simmering, add pasta shells

Stir occasionally while pasta cooks

Once pasta is cooked and the liquid is mostly absorbed, then the head down and slowly mix in your cheese

Optional: serve with cream cheese and cilantro
