Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl or jar with a lid, combine the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and maple syrup. Whisk or shake vigorously until well mixed.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and organic dried herbs to the mixture. Continue to whisk or shake until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Step 3
Season with salt and organic pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
Step 4
Let the dressing sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dried herbs to rehydrate. Shake or stir again before serving.
