Instructions

Step 1
1. Prepare quinoa as directed on package.
Step 2
2. Meanwhile, cook turkey/meat in a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat 5min or until no longer pink. Then drain grease
Step 3
3. Stir in cooked quinoa, taco seasoning, tomatoes and corn. Cook 5min or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
4. Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Let stand until cheese melts. Can serve with sour cream, avocado, onions, etc.
