Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 375. Get out Rice Cooker and cook rice per package instructions.

Step 2
Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Chop into cubes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add chicken cubes to air fryer and cook 8-9 minutes.

Step 3
In small bowl, add all marinade ingredients together and mix them.

onion powder½ tsp
crushed red pepper flakes½ tsp

lemon juice2 tsp
honey1 tsp
Step 4
Add cooked chicken into marinade. Toss until coated.
Step 5
Add rice to plate, then top with chicken marinade. Garnish with parmesan or basil.
