Instructions

Step 1
score the chicken legs at the base
Step 2
pull the skin and meat of the chicken upwards
Step 3
marinate the chicken legs with the milk, the garlic clove and the ginger slices for 30 min

beat the eggs and add salt, pepper and 50 ml of milk

pass the thighs first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the panko (or breadcrumbs)

fry in seed oil

in the meantime, prepare the sauce by mixing the chives, sesame seeds, ground chillies, sugar, vinegar, garlic and ground ginger, water with a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in it
Step 9
put the sauce to thicken on the fire (it will take about 5 minutes)
Step 10
once cooked, dip the legs in the sauce and decorate with sesame seeds
