Colorful Party Bean Dip

This is a recipe shared with me from my friend’s grandma. A large dip made with a multitude of beans and corn , it’s vinegary and sweet and very colorful.

Instructions

Step 1
Add apple cider vinegar, water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper to a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and allow everything to dissolve, take off heat and cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Drain and rinse beans
Step 3
Drain corn, chilis, pimentos
Step 4
Chop onion, celery, bell pepper
Step 5
In large bowl mix everything together.
