¾ cupapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspwater

½ cupvegetable oil

1 cupsugar

1 tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper

1 x 15 ozcan black beans

1 x 15 ozcanblack eye peas

1 x 15 ozcan pinto beans

1 x 15 ozcan chick peas

2 x 11 ozcan white shoepeg corn

2 x 11 oxcan green chilis

1 x 4 ozpimentos
jar

1 cupchopped onion

1 cupcelery
chopped

1 cupbell pepper
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Add apple cider vinegar, water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper to a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and allow everything to dissolve, take off heat and cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Drain and rinse beans
Step 3
Drain corn, chilis, pimentos
Step 4
Chop onion, celery, bell pepper
Step 5
In large bowl mix everything together.
