Garlic and Coriander Naan

This quantity makes 4 large naans but the quantity is set as 8 for easier scaling. Choose 3 for 2 smaller naans.

Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the dough ingredients to a bread maker and prepare on the dough setting.
Step 2
Cut the dough into 4, and roll out to approx. 22cm circles.
Step 3
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat and wait until it's smoking hot, then fry each naan for a few minutes on each side.
Step 4
For the topping, lightly fry the crushed garlic in olive oil (1 tbsp per person) then spread into the naan, along with chopped coriander and salt.
