Zero Waste VEGAN Mayos ♻️
Zero Waste Mayos ♻️ can be made with any leftover oil, either from homemade products or store bought.
Here three simple recipes using
artichoke🪻 chilli garlic 🧄🌶️& sun-dried tomatoes 🍅☀️
📝Ingredients
Leftover oil - 100g
Plant Based Milk (I have used Cashew) 66g
A Generous Pinch of Salt
1teaspoon dijon mustard (optional)
½ teaspoon cider vinegar (optional)
😉 For an extra kick leave a little piece of the product!
Emulsify everything together! Seems to keep for a week in the fridge - absolutely delicious!
