Instructions

Step 1
Mix warm water with honey and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add half the flour with the salt and mix together.
Step 3
Add the yeast mixture and the olive oil to the flour mixture, mix until combined (with kitchen aid paddle attachment).
Step 4
Add the remaining flour and mix in, knead with dough hook or on floured surface until smooth, approximately 5 min.
Step 5
Add up to 1 cup more flour depending on your flour’s hydration levels.
Step 6
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Step 7
Punch dough down and divide into quarters. Roll into pizza pan shape or freeze remaining quarters in bags.
Step 8
Add toppings of your choice and place in preheated oven 425-450F for 8-10 min or until cooked.
Step 9
Makes 4 large pizza crusts.
Step 10
Optional: add in Italian seasoning spices or garlic powder during kneading step.
