Instructions
Step 1
Wash strawberries
Step 2
Remove stems from stawberries

Step 3
Blend strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and optional elderberry syrup into a liquid

Step 4
Add 1 tsp of agar agar powder for each cup of the blended mixture.
Step 5
Bring mixture to a boil then simmer for a further 2 minutes. Whisk the mixture the entire time.

Step 6
Pipe/pour the mixture into moulds.
Step 7
Leave to set for 30 minutes. Leaving them to dry out longer will make them more chewy and concentrated flavour.
