Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar together
Step 2
Add egg to butter and sugar mixture
Step 3
Mix bananas and evaporated milk then add to butter/sugar mixture
Step 4
Mix wet and dry ingredients together and transfer to greased and floured loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake @ 350° for 50 minutes. Check bread with toothpick or bamboo stick about 15 minutes before the timer goes off to determine how much time is left.
