Discard pizza
3 steps
Prep:2minCook:25min
This is a discard recipe that's a super simple way to use up any sourdough discard you may have. It makes 1 pizza the size of your cast iron skillet and assumes your starter is 50% hydration. (But prob works with any ratio)
( it's all so dependent on how much and what you add, the nutrition facts on this are not accurate)

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat cast iron skillet in a 400 degree over.

Step 2
Once preheated pour enough discard to cover the bottom. Spread a bit up the sides for more crust. Place back in oven for 10 min.
(Add more discard to have a fluffier/less crunchy crust)
Step 3
After 10 min add pizza sauce, cheese, and any toppings you'd like. Place back in oven for 10-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your crust.
