Looking for a easy dinner idea make a Stromboli the filling possibilities are endless. You can add anything you want in it. I took an easier route and used store bought pizza dough.

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400°

2. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. Brush the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle the garlic powder on top. Start arranging and layering the provolone cheese, spinach, grilled chicken and mozzarella cheese.

3. Slowly roll into a tight log, folding in the two ends as you roll. Carefully transfer the Stromboli to lined baking sheet. Pinch or tuck in the ends to seal if they became unfolded.

4. Use a knife cut 5 to 6 slits into the top of the Stromboli, which helps steam escape. Brush Stromboli with egg wash, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

5. Remove from the oven and cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a cutting board and slicing.
Step 6
6. Serve with your favorite pizza/marinara sauce and enjoy!
