Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°
Step 2
Cut the baguette into slices. Drizzle the olive oil on top and salt and pepper to taste. Bake until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes
Step 3
Divide the burrata and spread on the slices of bread. Top with torn pieces of basil, the prosciutto and drizzle over the balsamic glaze
