Instructions
Step 1
Start by mixing together the flour, sugar, warm water, yeast, yoghurt, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Once the dough starts to form into a ball, turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes or until it's smooth.
Step 3
Place the dough back into a greased bowl and cover with a tea towel for 30-40 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the bowl and place it onto an oiled surface. Cut the dough into 8 even pieces.
Step 5
Roll each piece into a tight, smooth ball before rolling them out with a rolling pin.
Step 6
On one side, place some crushed garlic and sliced coriander, then flip and roll out once more to embed them into the dough.
Step 7
Cook the naan in a hot pan until bubbles form and it is golden brown on both sides. As soon as they're cooked, brush with some melted butter.
