Instructions

Step 1
Place room temperature cream cheese in a bowl and soften with a spatula. Add in the sugar and mix until well combined

Add in green yogurt and sour cream
Step 3
Add eggs one at a time and mix well
Step 4
Pour in lemon juice
Step 5
Sieve in corn starch
Step 6
Add the white chocolate and the Earl gray tea bags in a bowl. Heat up your whipping cream until small foam bubble form then pour over chocolate and mix until completely melted

Add chocolate into cheesecake batter and mix well to combine

Sieve cake batter
Step 9
Pour into a pound cake mold
Step 10
Place in a baking pan and fill with hot water until I cover 1/3 of the cake mold
Step 11
Bake in oven at 180 c for 25 minutes then turn down heat to 150 c for 20 minutes you can also choose to bake at 210 c for 2-3 minutes until it browns
Step 12
Let cool and refrigerate 4 hours
Step 13
Serve
