These matcha heart thumbprint cookies are filled with chocolate and berry jam! This recipe is adapted from lina.ways pinterest cookies.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the dry ingredients

Cut in the cold butter until it's all incorporated. Don't worry, the dough should still be shaggy and dry at this point!

Make a well and kneed in the egg until the dough comes together.
Step 4
Wrap up the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 6
In the meantime, roll out your dough and cut out circles. Use your thumb to make heart shaped indents in the cookies and fill them with your desired fillings, I used chocolate and jam for mine!
Step 7
Pop them into the oven for 15 minutes and allow to cool before digging in!
