800gLean Ground Beef

1 TbspMinced Garlic

1Onion
Medium, Chopped

0.5Red Bell Peppers

0.5Yellow Bell Peppers

0.5Green Bell Peppers

1 ½ tspSalt

1 ½ tspPepper

1 ½ tspPaprika

1 ½ tspChili Flakes

140gLight Cream Cheese
50gFat Mozzarella cheese
Reduced

3 x 19gLight Cheese Slices

125mlPasta Water

240gWhole Wheat Macaroni
Uncooked

Parsley
Garnish, Optional
Instructions
Step 1
In a hot pan, add butter, chopped onion, bell peppers and cook it for 5 mins till soft.
Step 2
Next add your minced beef, season with salt, pepper, paprika and chili flakes. Mix and cook for 8 mins till golden brown.
Step 3
Then add cream cheese, mozzarella, cheese slices and pasta water. Mix till creamy and cheesy!
Step 4
Lastly add your cooked macaroni and give it all a good mix! Distribute everything into equal servings, garnish with parsley and ENJOY!
