Instructions
Step 1
Cut avocado in half and remove and discard the pit
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the tuna, the mayo and the egg.
Step 3
Scoop half the avocado flesh into the mixture and, with a fork, mash it in. Gently fold in the green onions. Season with salt and pepper
Step 4
Scoop the tuna salad mixture into the remaining avocado half. Garnish with herbs or spices, if desired
