Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Chop your choice of veggies into bite sized chunks. (I usually do broccoli, red/orange/yellow bell peppers, onion, minced garlic)
Step 3
Either chop chicken into bite sized chunks, or shred it. Your preference.
Step 4
Put veggies and chicken in a mixing bowl, and add mayonnaise until it's covered. Make sure it's not runny, but you don't want it too light, either.
Step 5
After mixing your mayonnaise in, add your lemon juice and any spices you like. Mix again.
Step 6
Transfer to a casserole dish evenly. You don't want gaps in your mixture.

Step 7
Cover the top with your choice of shredded cheese.
Step 8
Top it off with crushed potato chips.
Step 9
Cook for roughly 45 minutes. 30 minutes if you choose to use a bread pan instead of casserole dish.
