Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and grease/line 2 loaf pans or 2 muffin trays.

In a large bowl mix together bananas and eggs.

In a separate large bowl sift together flour, salt and baking soda, then mix in sugar and oatmeal.

Step 4
Mix the dry ingredients slowly into the bananas and eggs.

Hand mix in remaining ingredients, then pour into molds. Bake for 1 hour for loaves or 30 mins for muffins at 350 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
