Instructions

Step 1
Cut poblano and de-seed.
Step 2
In a sauté pan, add 1 oz. oil. Add Beef Crumbles® and brown.
Step 3
Add diced tomatoes and Fire Roasted Blend and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Step 4
And salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Stuff poblano peppers with the mixture and top with Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Step 6
Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-16 minutes
