Instructions
Prepare the Jelly
Step 1
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup white sugar and stir until dissolved.
Step 3
Gradually add 25 grams of white unflavored jelly powder, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Step 4
Once fully dissolved, remove from heat.
Step 5
Divide the jelly mixture into three separate bowls.
Step 6
Add a few drops of red food coloring to the first bowl, yellow food coloring to the second, and green food coloring to the third. Mix each bowl well.
Step 7
Pour the colored jelly mixtures into separate containers and let them cool to set. Once set, cut the jellies into small cubes.
Prepare the Fruit
Step 8
Drain the 835 grams of fruit cocktail or chop fresh fruits into small pieces. Set aside.
Combine Ingredients
Step 9
In a large bowl, combine the 250 ml all-purpose cream or heavy cream, 300 ml condensed milk, and 2 cups evaporated milk or fresh milk. Mix well.
Step 10
Add the cubed jellies and mixed fruits into the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
Step 11
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
Step 12
Serve the Fruity Tapioca Jelly Drink in glasses or bowls.
