Instructions
Step 1
Boil condensed milk and milk together.
Step 2
Stir continuously to prevent burning.
Step 3
Mix custard powder, cornflower, egg and vanilla with some of the milk.
Step 4
Add custard powder mixture to boiling milk and stir till it thickens.
Step 5
Pour over crust of Tennis biscuits and sprinkle with cinnamon.
