Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir to combine and microwave for an additional 30 seconds
Step 3
Stir almond flour, egg and chopped basil into the mixture
Step 4
Sandwich dough between parchment paper, roll out to preferred thickness, shape and size.
Step 5
Remove from parchment and transfer to preheated pizza stone.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is lightly golden
Step 7
Flip crust and cook for additional 3 minutes for extra crispy crust
Step 8
Remove crust from oven. Spread marinara and sprinkle mozzarella cheese with preferred toppings.
Step 9
Bake for 10 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes before serving
