1green bell pepper

2 clovesgarlic

½ cupketchup
¼ cupwater
no water
1 TbspWorcestershire sauce
1 Tbspbrown sugar
1 tspmustard
yellow or Dijon
1 tspchili powder

1. **Cook the Meat:**

- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
