1. **Cook the Meat:**

- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

- Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet with the beef. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
