Instructions
Step 1
Prepare gravy according to separate recipe instructions.

Pound chicken breasts until they are about ¼ inch thick.
Step 3
Combine egg liquid and milk. Soak chicken in milk mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Mix flour with salt and pepper

Dredge chicken through seasoned flour

Heat oil to 375 degree F and fry chicken for 8-12 minutes, or until chicken floats to the top and is lightly browned. Drain off excess fat.

Serve fried chicken with gravy on top.
