Tomato-glazed Short Ribd

Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle meat tenderizer onto spare ribs as directed on the label.
Step 2
Mix together remaining ingredients; pour over beef.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning beef 2-3 times.
Step 4
Remove beef; reserve marinade.
Step 5
Cover and grill beef 4-5” from medium coals for 35-45 minutes for medium, turning and brushing marinade on beef 4 or 5 times until desired doneness.
