Recipe makes enough to fill four bell pepper halves, with extra filling for the kids.

Instructions

Step 1
Start rice in the rice cooker
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425⁰F
Step 3
Cut bell peppers in half vertically, remove seeds
Step 4
Rinse peppers, sprinkle with salt
Step 5
Bake empty peppers for 15 minutes
Step 6
Brown ground turkey on stove top with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic

Drain grease, add marinara sauce to pan

Add cooked rice to pan

Take empty peppers out of the oven. Layer pepper jack cheese and stove top mixture inside the pepper halves. Cheese, rice/sauce, cheese, rice/sauce, cheese.
Step 10
Bake filled peppers for 25 minutes, or until top layer of cheese is bubbly and has some brown spots
