Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, blend cream cheese and strawberry jelly with a mixer



Step 2
Stir in brown sugar then diced strawberry into the cream cheese mix. Set aside.


Step 3
In a flat oblong container, mix the eggs, milk, extracts, cinnamon and nutmeg.






Step 4
Slice the Brioche loaf into thick pieces and spread the cream cheese mixture on half the pieces. Place the other half of the pieces on top of the prepared bread to make a sandwich.

Step 5
Begin heating a skillet on medium to medium high heat.
Step 6
Spray cooking spray on the skillet. Coat the bread in the egg mix and cook on the heated skillet for 3-5 minutes depending on your temperature or until golden brown.
Step 7
Top the French Toast with strawberry slices and powdered sugar and serve.
