This is my new favorite treat. Full of Cheesy deliciousness . Easy to make and a firm favorite all around

Instructions
Step 1
Cut two thick slices of brioche then make an incision in the end up towards the centre
Step 2
Cut two pieces of high melting cheese like cheddar /Gouda or mozzarella then wrap in the ham and stuff it into the cut in each brioche slice being careful not to rip the bread
Step 3
Beat two eggs with heavy cream and a pinch of salt then dip the brioche in and coat all sides . Melt the butter in a pan on medium high heat then fry the brioche until golden Flip then fry all sides . Serve immediately and enjoy
