Step 1
In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, add sugar, heavy cream (or milk) and mix.



Step 2
Cut your bread evenly into 4 pieces.

Step 3
Heat up pan to medium low-medium heat.
Step 4
Add a knob of butter making sure all the pan is evenly coated.

Step 5
Soak your bread in the egg mixture.
Step 6
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Transfer onto a plate and drizzle condensed milk on top.

Step 8
Sprinkle a light layer of sugar powder (opt) and serve with fresh fruits!
