Instructions

Step 1
To a small microwave bowl or mug, add the flour, protein powder and baking powder and mix well. Add the peanut butter, rice malt syrup and soy milk and whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Fold through 2/3 of the chopped chocolate and smooth over the top with a spoon to flatten. Top with the remaining 1/3 chopped chocolate.
Step 3
Heat in the microwave for 60 to 75 seconds, or until cooked and fluffy.
