Instructions
Step 1
mix all ingredients in a bowl of stand mixer using hook attachment.
Step 2
Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then increase speed slightly and continue mixing for 12-15 minutes.
Step 3
Let dough rest for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Knead dough and then let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 5
If required, scale to desired size.
Step 6
Mould and proof 50-60 minutes.
Step 7
Bake at 390 F (200°C) for 25-35 minutes dependent on loaf size.
