Step 1
Cut ribs in halft to fit in crockpot, then Tear skin off of under ribs.
Step 2
Pat dry on both sides
Step 3
Mix: brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt & pepper
Step 4
Place one set of ribs in crockpot, then pour 1 cup of bbq sauce. Spread evenly across top, then place second set of ribs on top and repeat process.
