Instructions
Step 1
Take all your seasonings, parsley, olive oil , water, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and zest and onion and blend until smooth
Step 2
Slice your chicken breast in half making it into 6 pieces and place in a large mixing bowl
Step 3
Pour the sauce onto the chicken until it’s completely covered. Place a lid or plastic wrap and set in refrigerator for 30 minutes or 1 hour
Step 4
On a medium to high heat pan begin to cook the chicken breast for 5 mins each side covered and let sit for 5 minutes before serving
Step 5
Sprinkle salt on top after cooking if needed
