Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C

ln a large bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients and mix again until a batter consistency is reached.
Step 4
Line a baking tin with grease-proof paper and add the batter to this tin.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until fully cooked *The consistency will be fudge-like so there may be some residue on your knife when you check if it is fully cooked
Step 6
Allow to cool before slicing.
