Instructions

Step 1
Put Oats, Protein Powder and Gogi berries into a bowl.
Step 2
Add a small bit of water to the powder peanut butter to make it into a liquid.
Step 3
Pour this into to the oats mixture and add mint chocolate syrup. Mix this all together. You may need to add some water to make the mix a little more wet to smooth into a container.
Step 4
Push it own tight into a square container.
Step 5
Melt the mint chocolate and pour it over the bars.
Step 6
Put this in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow it to set and then cut into 10 bars.
