Instructions
Step 1
Begin by marinating your chicken breast in smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and olive oil for moisture.
Step 2
Cook on the stove over low to medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Flip minimally in the first 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Add shredded carrots, shredded white cabbage, shredded purple cabbage, shredded romaine lettuce, and pickled red onions to a bowl. Add buffalo sauce and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Remove chicken from heat and chop or shred depending on your preference. Add into the vegetable mixture once it has slightly cooled.
Step 5
Heat tortilla for 15-30 seconds to soften and lay flat. Place chicken and vegetable mixture and wrap. Heat over the stove for an extra crispy crunch.
Step 6
Dip in blue cheese or ranch dressing for an extra kick!
