3 ½ cupsOats

1 ½ cupslinseeds

chia seeds

3bananas
depending on the size
sweet fruit
Any, mango, pear, peach

1 cupcashews

3 tblsphoney

lemon juice

10 cupsplant-based milk
or protein milk, whey

1 tspsalt

1 tblspcinnamon

2 tblspbutter
4 cubesprotein liquid
Instructions
Step 1
Warm-up milk, add dry ingredients
Step 2
Mesh banana
Step 3
Cut nuts, mix with honey and lemon
Step 4
When oats are ready mix with banana
Step 5
To the bowls put:
For Jacob - porridge 1.5 cups.
For me - 1 tsp thina with chocolate, oats 1 cup.
For Sofie - 2 tsp thina with chocolate, oats 0.5 cup=7 tblsp.
For Adam - 0.5 tsp of chocolate, 4 tblsps of oats.
Step 6
Add mix of nuts with honey.
Step 7
Add fruits to only 2 bowls. Third bowl put to the freezer.
